Adams Farm is a working seven-generation farm in southern Vermont, offering the public seasonal activities and agricultural experiences. Activities are always interactive, educational, humorous, and memorable. It’s part agriculture, part attraction, and always entertaining. Enjoy feeding the farm animals, wagon rides, sleigh rides, paintball, along with many other seasonal special events.
The seasons are changing, and we are working daily to be prepared for the winter season of the indoor livestock barn, and of course, horse-drawn sleigh rides! The reservation book is made, and taking reservations for our 35th year of sleigh rides! If you’d like more information email or give us a call. Reservations can only be taken over the phone or in person.
We are also a dealer of New England Wood Pellets. Stay warm in the winter! Sold by the bag, or by the ton. Delivery available. Check Our Products for pricing.
Adams Farm is a dealer of Poulin Grains. Grains for all your farm animal needs!
Our butcher shop is in full swing! Here at Adams Farm, we pride ourselves in bringing you farm raised meats that are antibiotic and hormone free, from a variety of our animals. All of our animals are humanely treated and thrive on diets of grasses, hay, and grain from a Vermont family company, Poulin Grain in Newport, VT. Meats are processed in our VTDA inspected butcher shop and are made available throughout the valley in restaurants, a few stores, and at our own farm store. Our butcher shop is also able to process your own animals. To us, it’s all about knowing where your food comes from!
We are also entering our second season of paintball! Life gets stressful for all of us, whether we’re vacationing with family or even a full time resident of our little valley. Join us to relieve some of that stress with good ol’ paintball. Sign up for a paintball league, or just come for a session. Check the activities tab for further details.
This season we will be open to visit our animals again with various farm animals, and new babies being born throughout the season. Come visit, pet, feed and interact with our various animals including: chickens, sheep, turkeys, horses, goats, pigs, rabbits and kittens! Occasional agricultural demonstrations as well, such as bottle feeding baby animals when available. We are still expanding and revamping our farm, and are a true working farm. Your admission costs help cover; bedding, feed, general care, and vet care for our animals.
Visit our activities pages for times and cost for various activities. Check back often for updates and specials! Contact us if you’d like to be on our email newsletter list to be in the first to know for new products and animals, and general farm life stories. Also visit us on Facebook, or give us a call, and of course stop on by! We look forward to your visit and the new adventures ahead of us!
