Our working farm has a USDA inspected processing facility on site. We process our own animals, as well as animals for other farms. We process our own Vermont raised; chicken, turkey, pork, beef, lamb, mutton, goat, and emu under USDA inspection. We also do custom processing of rabbits and wild game. Find out more about our processing under the Our Meat tab. Also learn about our meats and our CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) under the same tab. Many of our meats can be found in restaurants throughout Southern Vermont.
